Work with client to start packing personal items that movers will not pack; coin & other collections, jewelry, etc.

Meet with client to review move time line and WWW Action Plan, ensure move is on schedule; IF NOT, make adjustments. X X X

Additional services not in chart include:

  • Organize kitchen, bath and closets.
  • Hang pictures, make beds, set clocks and connect telephone and TV.
  • Remove boxes and debris.
  • Meet contractors as needed for home repair and services.
  • Liquidation Service: We will find the most profitable avenue to liquidate your excess belongings. We can conduct an estate sale or even sell specialty items on e-bay. The cost for our liquidation service is 35% of the proceeds from the sale of the items. There is no hourly rate for the liquidation of items. Estate sale proceeds vary depending on the volume and quality of the items to be sold.
  • Escort service for client to ensure safe travel to new residence beyond the traditional 50-mile service area. Fees for this service will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, plus travel expenses.
