I just wanted to thank you for your invaluable assistance in clearing out my elderly parents' home in Westwood, and helping me get it ready to sell. It was a huge stress reliever for me that you were able to accommodate my travel schedule back and forth to Mass. and work with me long-distance as well in order to get the house on the market in little more than a month's time. I really could not believe that we were able to get everything cleared out from the attic to the basement -- all of which were crammed full of 35 years' worth of stuff -- so quickly and efficiently. I never could have done this on my own.

Additionally, your contacts with movers, cleaners, re-sellers, and other disposal resources were invaluable and also saved a lot of time and hassle for me. I never could have found all of the best people on my own without a lot of time-consuming phone calls and other follow-up. From selling the car, to holding the yard sale, to supervising the movers, you accomplished everything just as I requested and I appreciated the regular updates by both phone and e-mail.

As you know, it looks like the house will be sold, pending the closing, as of today -- after only one week on the market.
