WITTZ END provides a wide variety of services to guide and assist you through the move process.

WITTZ END, Concierge Services begins with a Free in home consultation and needs analysis with you and your family.  This home visit will take at least an hour, sometimes longer depending on the size and complexity of the move requirements.  It is never too early to start planning for a move, especially if one has not moved in a number of years. Preferably the initial free home consultation and assessment will take place as soon as you determine the date you actually want to move.  During this time we will discuss your particular requirements and needs.  Part of this discussion will be developing the WWW (who, what and when) action plan.  This action plan will help us determine the best services offering for your move.

WITTZ END offers three all-inclusive service packages. Depending upon the size and complexity of the move, these packages offer a comprehensive range of services at one set price.  Occasionally, a move comes up suddenly needing to happen very quickly.  We offer a plan to meet that need.  If nothing seems to fit your particular requirements, because each and every move is different, we can create an individual written estimate of A La Carte Service to help you decide what you need to accomplish your move successfully.  If, after we get “moving” through the process, it is discovered that additional services are required we can provide them for you in addition to the original estimate.

All services provided beyond the original quote/estimate, the all-inclusive packages or the “Rush Move” and A La Carte services will be charged by the hour.

Payment Terms:

• All-inclusive Packages:
  1/3 Paid at the time service is contracted.
  1/3 to be paid halfway through the move process.
  Balance of actual charges to be paid upon completion of the move.
• Rush and A la Carte Services:
  Per Hour, Per Person unless noted otherwise:
  1/3, 1/3, based on estimate, and balance to be paid upon completion of the services.

*Fees for service providers (trash removals, appraisals, handyman, plumbers, electricians etc.) required for the move will be charged separately and are not included in WITTZ END pricing.
