This type of move needs to be addressed and managed in the same efficient manner but in an accelerated time frame.  In order to save valuable time the FREE in home consultation will be completed along with the needs analysis.

The WWW Action Plan will provide a move timeline that clearly defines and delineates responsibilities to complete the move.  Such as: 1) What exactly needs to be done.  2) Who is responsible and 3) When it needs to be completed.  As well, as determining if there are items and areas that can be completed after the client is moved.

Services provided by WITTZ END will be based on the Action Plan.  Any combination of services can be bundled together to meet your specific needs and requirements.  WITTZ END will provide a Price Quote Based on estimated time required.  It will be presented in blocks of time; 10 hours, 15 hours; 20 hours, 25 hours etc.  At per hour rate.  Additional time blocks may be added for additional services as needed as the move progresses.

The following is a sample of the service that can be provided in a 20-Hour block of time.

• Go room by room with designated to determine what needs to be packed and moved.  What is to be disposed of or given to family or charities.  Determine exact services that the movers will perform.  Contact and schedule estimates with movers.  Determine availability of move dates.  Review estimates and analysis with client.  Determine company to use, Schedule and Confirm Move Dates (Pack, Load & Delivery) with selected moving company with written confirmation.

For a 15-Hour Block of Time WITTZ END will perform the following services:

• Pack Day: Supervise the movers during packing, make sure contents of cartons are marked – room and contents.
• Move Day: Supervise movers during loading and delivery.  Includes making sure furniture is placed according to floor plan.  Making bed.  Assist client in unpacking necessary items for their first night in their new home.

Any combination of services can be bundled together to accommodate the individual clients needs.

*Fees for service providers (trash removals, appraisers, handyman, plumbers, electricians etc.) required for the move will be charged separately and are not included in WITTZ END pricing.
